Maya MacIsaac-Jones (no 3) took 8th spot in the 10 km F jr and won the B final in the jr sprint./La nouvelle venue (et vedette montante junior!) Maya MacIsaac-Jones (no 3) s’est classée 8e au 10 km patin avant de remporter la finale B dans le sprint jr.

(Photo: Julie Melanson) Cendrine Brown (no 109) et sa tresse d’or, maintenant dans l’équipe nationale sénior (développement), a fini 2e U23 au 10 km patin et 11e (finale B) au sprint sr./ Cendrine Brown (no 109) and her characteristic golden plait, now with the national sr team (development), finished 2nd U23 in the 10 km F and 11th (B final) in the sr sprint.
(Photo: Julie Melanson) Dans le sprint masculin sr, Simon Lapointe (no 310) et Raphaël Couturier (no 301) ont fini respectivement 6e et 5e. «Raph» avait précédemment dominé la qualification. Leur pote Alexis Turgeon (qui n’apparaît pas sur la photo) s’est rendu en 1/4 de finale. Raphaël a aussi récolté une 19e place au 15 km patin./In the men’s sr sprint, Simon Lapointe (no 310) and Raphaël Couturier (no 301) placed 6th and 5th respectively. «Raph» had previously posted the best qualifying time. Their buddy Alexis Turgeon (not on the picture) made it to the quarterfinals. Raphaël also took part in the 15 km F where he placed 19th.
